About MoCo360:

In April 2015, Bethesda Magazine acquired an online news source called Bethesda Now and combined it with its own website. The magazine mainly focuses on local feature stories, articles in a guidebook style, and advice about real estate.

In March 2021, Steve Hull announced he had sold Bethesda Magazine and its online news platform, Bethesda Beat, to Scott and Jillian Copeland from Rockville, Maryland. Scott is connected to RST Development LLC, a company that works on creating housing for different types of people, while Jillian is involved in local nonprofits and charitable work. She has been leading projects to make more inclusive housing, even for those with special needs.

In February 2023, Bethesda Magazine changed its name to MoCo360.
